Tile Depot Lunn Ave - Mount Wellington
Adrienne my business partner and I have been using the tile Depot for nearly 6 years now. The service we have received has been second to none. Their professionalism and ability to help us quickly pull together tile selections for clients is invaluable. The selection of tiles that they carry has something for everyone. It is a pleasure to deal with a New Zealand family business that truly puts its customers first and perhaps the thing I love most is the coffee I get in a sunflower mug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless. Young girl behind reception counter literally did not want to help, or move to show tiles. Lazy and the worst experience. Shame as they used to be excellent when they had there last store in Panmure. They’ve gone from one extreme to the other. Go to Tile Space instead. Good service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disastrous customer service. They have a policy of 4 people inside the store. I have no problem with that. However there's no one at the entrance to let the customers know how many people inside. We came in yesterday (Saturday) and the asian lady instead of saying any greetings almost barked at us: "You can't come in, wait outside". No "hi", no "PLEASE wait outside" and no manners. The tone of her voice was completely unacceptable. By the way when we got in it was 6 people inside and not 4. So, they can be a rude egg to their customers but they can't follow their own protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing selection of tiles and the staff are super helpful. In particular Jaedyn who gave us advice on tile selection/lighting and mixing options. The best thing is that the store let us take samples of the tiles home so we could work out what worked best in our space. All our tiling needs were sorted within a couple of days - and we can pick up from their warehouse direct so no waiting around! Where to go to is an easy choice for our next bathroom reno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Lazy didnt want to help at all. I had a 5 bathrooms for a new build to tile up and no suggestions or help at all what soever. When i asked for help they made all sorts of excuses not to help.
Why bother, walked right out straight away. This one in particular was the store in Lunn Ave. Rude South African lady.
