★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Wren several times over the last 3 years, our visit last weekend was memorable, but for the wrong reasons. We were seated when we arrived, menus were brought to us, but then it was 15 minutes before we had to ask the young waitress if we could order food and coffee. My partner and I had egg dishes, unfortunately the poaching of the eggs was fairly hit and miss, some under cooked, some over cooked. Coffee was great, just a little slow getting to us. The front of house staff seemed disoriented this particular day. Spoke to friends later about our experience and they said it was similar to their last visit, and that they wouldn't be going back. It's unfortunate to see a good cafe slip over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had just entered the store when he received a phone call that lasted more than fifteen minutes. When he returned to his seat and started to pick up the coffee I had ordered for him, the friendly barista immediately brought him a cup of freshly made coffee. This considerate service made my husband and I feel warm, even though it was only our second time here. The food was as healthy and delicious as ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their ice mocha! Not too sweet and so good to have it during summer! Brunch was good, portion was big, staffs were very friendly and the cafe set up was beautiful, I will definitely visit them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delicious meal and coffee! The buttermilk fried chicken is SO GOOD! The manager came around checking that everything was going well with our time at the cafe which was lovely! Thank you for a delicious brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met a friend here due to the easy location and parking. (5/5) I ordered the French toasts and I can honestly say the best FT I’ve had in literally years. Fresh, delicious extras, massive serving ( my friend had to help and we couldn’t finish) outstanding. Staff were lovely and the atmosphere was lovely too. But the French Toast… ❤️????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First cafe I went after long lockdown with my friend. We planned to try their buttermilk chicken Benny and 20min pancakes, but they ran out of chicken and there's no 20min pancakes anymore. Felt a bit shame, but we found out their fluffy ricotta pancakes were delicious, and the scrambled eggs in the Big Breakfast were tender, love it. Hope can try the buttermilk chicken Benny next time.
Good customer service. Good environment and social distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on Sunday and loved the place and food. They have a carpark right next to it, so it's easy to park. The coffee was nice and warm. We were very impressed with the pancakes, make sure to try them when you come. The food did take sometime to come even though we were quite early and not many customers around. We will be back.
