★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The change is not the best in my opinion but that's just me. The games my children like have been removed and the air hockey game seems smaller. The choices of prices are displayed nicely but the lollies section needs to be removed or shelved off. Definitely temptation for families with little ones. Lots of crying going to happen plus the helping themselves will also happen. The place seems cramped. Not family friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to visit after dinner around CBD area. Though it gets a bit crowded at those times, queues don't get that long. It's just that some games are a bit pricey. You just have to choose which one has more bang for your buck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good friendly staff, recently renovated during recent lockndown. Central location and staff are patient and helpful. Free 2 hours on street parking in CBD, so no worries; also nearby on street parking and all within walking distance. Can get crowded during busy time as the site is not very big. Good place for great family time and games. Highly recomendeded. Watch out for specials when topping up your card. Sometimes they offer doubling your dollar values. Eg: pay $50 but get $100 loaded onto the card. The game card can be used at other ztime Zone sites such as Auckland etc. Highly recomended to others for a visit.
