★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my granddaughters 5th birthday party in the (fairy princess room) an she an her friends had a great time. The staff of chipmunks were really great an done the room up perfect an bought the children there lunch right on time. We were allowed to add decorations to the room an put the presents in there b4 time so that was cool. The staff bought our cake into us wen we were ready an afta the whole thing they cleaned up. It was perfect ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so impressed with Chipmonks gluen free options. They have pizzas, chips, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, slices like brownies (even two choices). Everything fried has a separate fryer. Not many places that have this much of a Coeliac choice in Hamilton and have kids having fun. They take great care to mimamise cross contamination during prep. I was so so impressed. Thank you Chipmonks for going the extra mile.

i still want to play on the playgroup, but i understand why… i think it’s the weight limit But also im not very heavy So can i play on the playground too? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love chipmunks for my son and even nieces & nephews etc but we come in on Saturday as it was a nephews 1st birthday and was packed, I agree with all kids having fun etc but when you have big kids playing in the babies area and ball pit etc its not enjoyable at all I feel sorry for other babies that I did witness by bigger children just been knocked around with no apologies at all I find it unfair for our U5 its already hard enough to find somewhere safe and enjoyable for them to play at when you do find somewhere its over ruled by bigger children. So here's hoping you look into some changes for the safety of our u5's, we didn't stay long at all as it was just not enjoyable being that packed.

We were here when a covid outbreak was announced and they were so good at telling everyone, making sure surfaces were wiped, and asking people to put masks on, but they were so nice about it. The next time they were wonderful with checking food for allergies and the food really nice. Such lovely staff that work here. Makes a harried parent feel a little more relaxed. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandchildren have all loved playing at Chipmunks, it's huge, it's warm (but not too warm!) with lots of freedom to explore all the nooks and crannies. Loving the upgrade, with new flooring, new activities and age appropriate areas. As a grandparent I'm confident they're safe and I love watching them play actively! Not bad coffee for grown ups either!
