★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the $25,00 lunch menu today.. food was just above average... disappointing in the run down state of the restaurant. the chairs had ripped seats sponge popping through, crumbs from last diners. The one staff was run off his feet. He did the best he could but food was a long time in being served. Totally needs a paint and it was dismally lit. And upgrade would put it back into being the place to go.. but at the moment it's only the food that's keeping it going but for how long. Also needs gold card Tuesday's. Will we be back debatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW..this place is still around simply because the service is top notch and the food is AMAZINGLY YUMMY. Where else in Auckland do you pay $39.90 for a FANTASTIC 3 COURSE MEAL. The seafood chowder especially is just WOW! BIG UPS TO EACH & EVERYONE OF YOU!!!???❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having not been here since 2018 we thought we'd go for dinner. Booking a table was great, the lady was clearly spoken and made you feel special. The wait staff are great, we opted for the set menu $39 per person with your choice of a starter, main and dessert. OMG what a mistake (not really). The food was great but the portions were impressively large. For $39 this is highly recommended, just be warned the drive home will be somewhat uncomfortable Hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a 5 star establishment. From the start to finish the staff is just absolutely fantastic and the smile ? from the staff WOW. That’s just one part: the food is too good to be true. That spare ribs have given me an an extra spare you know where. The pork will come back from Wellington just to give it another shot, oh my tummy so full. And the best the Banatoffe tart it’s the best!!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was persuade by a friend to go there but will definitely not going there again. Everyone has different taste and preferences when it comes to dine in obviously. I prefer quality over quantity. I was so disappointed as my daughter loves fettuccine but she didn't have a second spoon of the pasta. Super bland, full of cream with no seasoning or flavors at all. My pork belly was even more disappointed paying $32 for that really unpleasant taste of mashed potato with the overly sweet sauce on the top of the pork belly. This do not match and doesn't go well .I didn't eat my mashed potato as I'd rather satisfied with my home cooked one. Pork belly was too fattening taste in your mouth. Not a very happy family here. We really regretting trying but at least we learned for next time. My suggestion though is to really work on seasoning and flavours it does makes a big difference. quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't think I would end up at a restaurant this afternoon but I did and man was that some of the best food I've had in a while. Loved everything I got but next time I am getting that banoffee pie for desert.
Overall I loved it here will be back again hopefully soon ???
