★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience. My colleagues and I placed an order online, including a lot of food. The stuff missed a hamburger and some chicken wings. We came back as soon as we found out, but there is a lady she is very rude and she told us that we lied to her!! We went back twice just to con her for some chicken wings and burgers? Please avoid this kfc worst service i have received Unreasonable woman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the ads on TV inspired us to order a home delivery tonight because we have been in isolation all week. Chicken is soggy skin (what happened to crispy chicken) and no coleslaw was delivered and the store doesn't answer the phone so what do you do! Complain, so did that and response was I will expect a reply within 3-4 business days. What happened to customer service? This is disgusting and NEVER again shall we support this food group

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a long wait in drive-thru tonight 35 minutes. When we got to the first window I understood why there was such a long wait as the staff member was slow, rude and wasn't handling taking orders and payments.
She couldn't even say hi when I drove up to the window and said hello.
Nice food which stayed hot for the drive home. But there was no indication that there was to be purchased after the wait time in drive-thru.
The woman (possibly the manager), who gave us our food at the last window was super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great inconvenience to see people get out of their cars and approach the restaurant door to be confronted with a small sign informing that drive through is only available due to the COVID outbreak. I watched a dozen disgruntled KFC patrons leave without ordering due to this. Common sense is not that common….. get a bigger sign idiots that’s visible to the car park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that there were no wings. Because it was pretty late. I agreed to replace it with nuggets. The singer was replaced with a standard. OK!!! But in the combo, which I upgraded by the way, they didn't put a salad and a chocolate bar. I didn't count the nuggets. Didn't want to get upset more)))
I've never written such a thing, but I couldn't stand it.
The most disgusting service ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incomplete order with missing items and wrong drinks. Extra cheese requested with no onions and different sauce. Phoned KFC Silverdale to request assistance/ rectify the issue... No answer... Not AF given... Shocking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worst KFC I’ve had ever. I went to there by driving through 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Got 2 times incorrect meal. First time they gave me the previous car’s order, 2 snack boxes for paid chicken pieces and 3 wicked wings. Zinger works burger, 2 wings meal for paid single burger and 8 Wicked wings. Won’t go back again.

Fast prompt service on a rainy day with hot chips and fresh chicken every single time.
