★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it possible to give 0 stars? Worst experience. Mandy is thee worst. We were very respectful and tidy people. They left us for weeks without getting things repaired, for example, finally after weeks of waiting, they delivered a dishwasher as it was broken and it sat in our lounge for a few more weeks before the plumber came around. I could go on about how awful it was, my partner was in tears at one stage after trying to get them to do their job. Extremely rude, I would not sell my house or recommend renting through this branch.

I am overseas since 2016 and I don't have to worry

work. She take cares of everything and it's a big peace of mind.

We live rurally and so we really depend on having a property manager in town. What I like most are the super-rapid responses to any queries, and organising tradespeople to sort out any problems. She has never been anything other than polite, friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently (2021) I rented a property from Harcourts St Albans. The whole rental experience was a pleasure. Julie was a step-upwards in Property Manager - Tenant relations. She was always bright and cheerful even in these difficult (Pandemic) times. Every request I made of her was quickly acted upon and she made the renting process easy. So it is 5 stars for you Julie and for the business you represent. Would I rent with Harcourts St Albans again ...... of course I would, in a flash.

In that time, we have found Mandy and her team to be very professional in their dealings both with us and our tenants. They communicate well and in a timely fashion to ensure a good relationship between us, the tenants and themselves. We would highly recommend the Holmwood team to both landlords and tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently renting my second property with Harcourts Holmwood St Albans. They first gave me a chance when my daughters and I had six weeks to move due to our rental being sold. They accepted me super quickly. When we had to move as the house was being demolished, I applied for another of their properties and was accepted straight away. Mandy told me how happy she was to still have me with them and I doubt I would have found that loyalty at every other company. Harcourts Holmwood St Albans have never been anything but amazing to me - helpful, kind and super easy to deal with. Our current property manager, Julie, is lovely and considerate and I enjoy dealing with her very much. I have no intention of ever going to another property manager. Thanks for everything Harcourts Holmwood - 10 our of 10 !!
