β β β β β Super fast, super professional outfit. I've had to call them twice, once for a breakdown and more recently for accident recovery. Price is reasonable and these guys want to help and make a stressful situation easier. I really cannot recommend this company more highly.

β β β β β Do not be fleeced by Anthony ("Tony") Valentic and his two companies "Super Low Tow" and "Valley Parking Services".
The man pretends to be part of a government agency when he is basically just extorting money out of unsuspecting members of the public by engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct.
Valley Parking Services will try you charge you $350 plus $20 a day for "storage costs" if your vehicle has been towed and "Super Low Tow" which is a trading name operating under the same company charges $160 if you arrange for your own vehicle recovery. He should really change the name to "Super Rip Off" because his competitors charge literally half the price.
Look on Google and you'll find him up to all sorts of antics, including trying to take the TV show "Target" to the Broadcasting Standards Authority, because it revealed that the practice of wheel clamping operates in a legal grey area and obviously that threatens an important source of income for him.
Consider yourself warned.

β β β β β Sadly got into an accident. Accident not my fault however I unfortunately did not take out additional insurance for the rental. Finally got a response after trying a couple of times and customer agent was very short with me. I commented it seemed expensive and he hung up in my ear!! Thought would try other provider and glad we did as it was a lot cheaper and happy to take our custom.

β β β β β I had a motorbike breakdown and called Super Low who agreed to come and sort me out. I then cancelled the booking as I figured out the issue and wanted to try and fix it myself. Despite this the bloke still went out of his way to come by and make sure Iβd got myself back on the road - what a gent!
