★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “customised solutions”, yeh right? terrible experience with Totalspan East Waikato from beginning to end, staff lacked building experience & knowledge & took no ownership for issues (e.g: put blame on engineerings, council, builders, door installer or there “new” systems).
As the contractor they didn’t project manager there subcontractors (glaziers, garage door installers) and when we asked for a status update on our project we were told “stop harassing us”.
we have zero trust in Errol & Diane Furze & there team and would strongly recommend against using the Waharoa franchise!
