★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website is very user friendly and they are always extremely polite and friendly on the phone and do their best for you. When I needed to make a claim and wasn't sure what to do they were so helpful and talked me through things, but the nicest thing was they first response when reporting the accident was to ask if everyone was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a total over 3 hours on hold just to get to talk to a real person. When you finally talk to someone they then transfer you for another hour wait or cut you off. All the phones in the house were flat. I finally gave up.

there phone calls are recorded. the staff need to play these back to show how badly they handle situations. plus the stress they cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 6 policies with tower, so I was not so happy I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes and their online chat function doesn't work. I'm also not impressed their preferred windscreen repair people (novus) block all their phone numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected the correct option wen prompted by the automated service. Spent 20 min waiting. Then got to someone who said She couldn’t help me. She transferred me then I waited 30 more minutes. Then I gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent website design and user experience. Bad experience with other sites for AMI and Westpac. Reasonable premium cost (not the cheapest).
Haven't tried phone support or claims team yet.

Guess what , if any emergencies do not even try to call them , they are unavailable or not working on weekends or in public holidays.
My question is : what for did I pay for insurance?
You guys did great job ?
Tower insurance never again !
