★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as i recall we were just looking around at the stock they had in store and were thinking of buying some things, but the managers acted very aggressively to us for no reason, we weren't being rude and were treating the toys with respect, so overall poor customer service.
also my dog died here so i have a grudge against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad toy store conveniently located in the CBD boasting a relatively decent selection of toys and a very decent selection of Lego if that's what your child is into! My wife and I are big Toyworld fans in general and have been for as long as I can remember so I'm somewhat saddened I could not rate this store higher however I found the staff to be lacking in customer service skills and to some extent disinterested and indifferent to the presence of their customers during our short visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection is good but their prices are disgusting, even on public holidays like boxing day; don't expect a discount... ever. On a side note there's this really annoying speaker at the back of the store that's in clear need of replacing. The noise is enough to make you want to leave, pronto.
