★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. The staff is so friendly and the store has everything a stationary should have. Love the sales and promotions when it's possible to buy books with only $2.50. Love the chocolates, the cafe, the cute mugs and backpacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eventually found what I was looking for. Staff were hard to come by, and the 1 interaction I had with them was a sub par. I got the impression i was disturbing her peace - no one wants to feel like a nuisance.
I'll go back, but a couple of lessons in Customer service could go a long way.

Coffee shop in Whitcoulls Lambton Quay is an added bonus. Wonder how many people don't even know its there.
