★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to have early scan due to previous ectopic pregnancy. I read the other reviews of this place but thought I'd try my luck anyway as they could get me in earliest. On the day of the scan, they rang to say they have to reschedule as the sonographer is sick (surely they have more than one?!) The earliest they could reschedule me to was 8 days time!! If it is an ectopic, I'd be 8 weeks pregnant by then and facing an emergency situation. Poor service!!!

Booked my appointment on the 1st of February for the following Friday at 8 a.m. pouring down rain with 4 children , turned up on time this morning to be told she had booked it on the wrong day. Nil by mouth for my child before school poor thing was already scared enough about her scan. No apology from the receptionist she just sat there looking at me blankly. This is our first impression of this business and I can assure you I will not be returning again. Kamo has a radiology, please make the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly impressed. Went in for a follow up ultrasound that I was paying cash for and the lady started, then looked shocked and proceeded to walk off to consult a superior she came back saying "sweet stuff all" except that she couldn't complete my ultrasound so I left. I was very confused shocked and worried. Stupid really as I had an ultrasound previously at another place in kensington and they were awesome they could see heaps and they communicated well, I don't know to this day why they wouldn't do the ultrasound for me. I've had plenty of tests in my life, appointments, medical exams etc including 3 MRIS but never had such weird service.

I felt well looked after and I would happily recommend them to others in need of their services. Thank you team for a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. I am a three time brain tumour survivor and used to have my scans done in Auckland. Little did I know that the grass is greener right here in Whangarei.

My special thanks and kind regards go to the lady radiologist Jean - thank you especially for your beautiful friend way you deal with your patients. You also have a very nice way of communicating all through the treatment procedures. You are doing a wonderful work and are very professional.
