โ โ โ โ โ I don't usually write reviews but I had a great experience with Jay at Triton. I've been to 2 other Audiologists and either their testing was inaccurate or they didn't explain what they were doing. Jay was very patient and gave me informative advice to allow me to make my own decisions. Would 100% recommend if you need any hearing testing.

โ โ โ โ โ The service provided by Triton Hearing offices throughout NZ has been exceptional and in particular Lara from the Browns Bay Triton Clinic. It is so important to have a great audiologist and Lara is just that - the best I've had in my 14 years of wearing hearing aids from three different product providers.

โ โ โ โ โ My mother and I have been really impressed with the service that Jay has provided my father. Unfortunately Dad's memory is not what it was but we now feel that we know how to work his various devices. We are also aware of what we need to do to maintain them in working order. Since Jay's explanation, I appreciate just how severe my father's hearing loss is. It feels good to know that we can be helping him to maximize the little hearing that he still has.
