★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service from a genuine, friendly local family. The focus was 100% based on what was right for me and how I sleep and the dedication shown in making sure I made a purchase that was right for me was brilliant.
The store has very warm staff who were quick to pop their heads up and welcome everyone that walked in. The range in the store was excellent, ranging from plush and decadent to more tailored to back suport and you are able to make choices based on design, firmness, comfort or specialty manufacturing opposed to price.
Ricky was available at every step of the way, from the moment I walked into the store all the way through past delivery and making sure everything was great once the mattress was home. It certainly makes a difference to making a substantial purchase when the owner of the store cares you're happy and wants the best for you. Nothing was a problem!
I highly recomment Beds R Us Queenstown. You will not be disappointed in visting or getting yourself a new bed. Do yourself a favor and go in and see the range and team yourself!
