Couldn’t be happier with TSB Chch.I have bought a few items without a hitch.Had a problem with one of the items recently.And it was no problem at all for the staff to aquire the parts i needed.Special shoutout to Seraphina.Communication was spot on.And replacement parts were sent promptly.I am very happy with the outcome.And recommend TSB to all.Thanks so much.❀️

Bought medicine cabinet from this place, it was missing all the hardware. So they sent me the hardware from auckland and still missing 18 screws! Won't be buying from there again

Purchased a couch that’s slanted offered $28 back when it cost $279. Being asked silly questions if I assembled it properly, returned couch & turned out to be a manufacturer problem. Refunded (afterpay)

I brought the Walden drawer set and Twice Ive had to go back because parts were missing! I paid nearly $900 for the set only to nearly finish a drawer and find wood missing! Not good TSB living Christchurch! Atless if you’re going to sell things, make sure the pieces are all there. I live on the other side of chch so I have to travel to yous twice now and that is just not ok! There won’t be a next time.

Don't buy anything from this organisation! l purchased a heat pump for Christmas for my mother so that she could enjoy cool air conditioning over the hot summer days. The unit was meant to be shipped from Auckland to Christchurch 7-10 working days - not too hard! Except if your organisation is TSB We are still waiting! After 2 months l called to find out what had happened with my order l was told it was an internal software problem and my order had been deleted. I wanted to talk to a manager as l felt the customer service was at this stage a bit off, but him/her was "too busy" to talk to a customer who had been waiting patiently for a product l had already paid for. We should have just taken a refund as people make mistakes moved on to another company and end the headache there. Another order went through another 7-10 wait another missed deadline another inquiry as to when it will be delivered. We had a reply it will be out for delivery tomorrow. We thought that we were getting somewhere so we had booked our installation company to come the next day after the heat pump had been delivered. The installation company had already been out to quote and measure up the job early in the new year. l receive a phone call from my mother who is now upset and embarrassed now that the installation company has arrived to install the heat pump but the heat pump has still not been delivered. This organisation is now costing us not only time but now it is costing us money too!! One simple transaction to one big headache that has spanned three months and no air conditioning for my mother over the hottest part of summer! Thanks for nothing! l would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

I would not recommend buying any products from this shop, the items they sell may look the part but are so far from it . My wife and I learnt this the hard way after buying a bed frame from here last December, it wasn’t even aMonth before the bed started falling apart , it took at least two hours to put together and all the parts are cheap tacky material that you’d find in a 2dollar shop. When we sent photos of damage through to TSB they offered us a pathetic partial refund of $45 when we paid over $500 for it ! What a Joke! The products here are overpriced and don’t last long at all , better off buying nz made furniture more pricey but you know you’re getting a quality product .

I have sent them a gazebo for warranty exchange last December 2021, they spoke to me and mentioned they will get back to me. I was able to talk to the manager and said they will discuss it with their team. its almost 2months and i have not received any news. I have been trying to contact their number but always goes to voicemail.

I bought a king size frame last year December and had it for not even a month and the legs broke. I emailed their customer service asking for either a refund or new frame because it clearly wasn’t sturdy enough. They wouldn’t give me a refund or a new frame and at the end of it, they offered me a partial refund of $45 out of $500. Not happy at all and won’t be recommending buying anything from Tsb living.
