★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, no sure how they manage the cafe. We got some cold food from the display selection, no heating required, the people who ordered after us got theirs first and we just got ours when they finished eating. Asked water and had to ask again ten minutes later by going to the counter. The two hot chocolate we ordered for the kids were cold, more like cold milk with chocolate power in the too. Very unfriendly staff also, bad service! Be aware. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Tui Tui team! You guys rock! We had such an amazing Mothers day lunch today. The food was incredible. It was so good we went back for another round of ordering as we wanted to try even more on the menu! The setting is brilliant inside the Museum which has to be one of Aucklands best buildings and the fitout is beautiful. The service was awesome and you are all warm, friendly and attentive. I cant think of a better place for lunch in Auckland! Keep up the amazing work team! We will be back again very soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this place, if you love your family. The waitress are extremely unfriendly, keep telling you not allow to bring any food into the museum area. There is clear sign on the museum, which everybody knows that. After wasted 10 minutes in the queue, she told you not allow to order outside if you want to dine in. When we came inside the lady at counter don't even want to look at you, and another lady told us to wait outside to wait to be served, however there is no sign mentioned that at the door. The museum is awesome, but shamed such a good place have such bad restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleased to stop in at Tuitui for a light lunch. My friend ordered the mussels, a very generous nine in a chilli creme sauce and I had the crispy chicken. She commented how fresh they were! The service was fast and friendly and the cafe has a nice ambience. The bill was very reasonable. The rear of the Museum has undergone an impressive renovation which Tuitui looks across. We didn't order a coffee ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1:Waitress was so rude,unfriendly. 2.Food seems oil didn’t change many days.Chips and nuggets looks terriible.3.Headlights(Even not allow baby eat some own baby food there.New Zealand is really friendly country people are really nice to kids.It’s first time feel so hurt.Your guys food need wait half hour.We already order here. baby really hungery.Why we can not allow to eat some baby food there? 4:Even we order coffee,we still wait a long time.After I go to check my coffee and nobody answer me.I just saw my coffee left there nobody give to me. Museum is really nice and friendly place,please also do nice and friendly cafe there.Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. I went there with my kids. We ordered a pizza and fish and chips. The hospitality was just plain terrible. When I called someone they just chucked the menu onto our table and stormed away. I found that extremely rude. The pizza was so slow it took nearly an hour to finish. My kids were hungry, and, so was I!
Then the fish and chips. The fish and chips were very oily, burned black and carelessly cooked. The food was even cold. It wasn’t like any other meal I’ve ever had ordered.
Complete waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch here today & the first thing that impressed us was the friendly service. We were welcomed like old friends, which was a very pleasant start to our meal. Seats were comfy & the table not too close to others. It took very little time between ordering & arrival of food & it was beautifully presented. Our choices were the chicken pot pie & the duck tacos. The pie was complete comfort food, tasty, hot & nutrious. The duck tacos were absolutely scrumptious. I could eat them every day for the rest of my life! The hoisin had a kick of chilli/spice which balanced beautifully with the duck & salady bits. A very delicious meal experience. Thank you team Tuitui!
