★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend Turners Panmure/Mt Wellington enough! Dealt with Andrey and he really took on board all of my requirements and made sure to find the best car for me. He was especially attentive with my concern for safety following a bad personal experience and took extra time to go through and show me all of the safety features of my chosen car and how they would work in an accident. He really went above and beyond, nothing he did felt like a sales pitch, rather a person invested in finding the perfect thing for you! Will definitely be going back for any future car needs :)

They maybe good at auction cars but I recommend to avoid buying their Certified cars otherwise.
The so called Turners Certified cars are rolling piles of junk. We booked in a test drive and arrived and everything went fine until we started driving the car.
It was no way having a legal WOF has it had no brakes. We returned in less than 5 minutes.
The salesperson insisted we go for another drive again and I had to make it clear that the car is not safe to be driven.
Extremely disappointed and not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please it's my request to every New Zealander, Make sure before you buy any car from Turners, check everything physically specifically car body which includes any scratches on the car body, stone chips on windscreen etc etc as you can't see these things on the car straightway because they polished the car later 4-5 days you can see the actual face of the car how it look likes. These guys only take care of mechanical issues not other issues on the car. I recently bought SUV from them and I am totally unsatisfied customer and I paid my whole payment cash.
Look likes I have waisted my all savings because of turners. DONT TRUST THEM, THEY ALWAYS TRIED TO FORCE YOU TO TRUST THEM WITH SWEET TALKS BUT THIS IS NOT THE REALITY. (Especially Branch Managers and their assistants)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appraisal online, attended appointment to be informed they only do appraisals for cash purchase, not auctions and if I want to auction ring customer service. I said well while im here lets do the appraisal and he declined saying to call customer service for the auction details.
So after two attempts at calling the call centre i was told that I can't get an appointment for five weeks and I could always just sell my car for cash. I thanked the Turners call centre and hung up. Now I receive an email telling me that I didn't turn up to the 2pm appointment at Panmure that I was sent away from because they said they couldn't help me. Very disappointing experience..... heading to TradeMe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Not Buy Cars from them!!! I bought a BMW a year ago for $15k, drove only just over 10,000km. There has been so many problems with the car. They have paid two repairs as the problems found right after we drove home. We found other problems which we fixed ourselves. Now it failed it’s first WOF which will cost us another $500 to repair. I don’t understand how the car passed its initial WOF and what does Turners Certified mean?! Should the car be checked and made sure it should not have any problems for at least a year! I thought Turners was a good brand, and trustworthy! Very disappointed!
