Excellent company, very helpful with past problems with previous car finance company - what would have taken me years to fix, Greg did in one phone call, plus I had copies of all completed car finance with that 'rip-off car finance company'. That cleared my credit history perfectly. Car insurance available, mechanic's trustworthy (hard to find) & reputable. Thanks to Greg & Drivetown.

I purchased a vehicle with an after market warranty policy with $100 excess from Drivetown and they sneakily went and changed the warranty policy afterwards to a $250 excess policy behind my back. I discovered it months later when I took my vehicle in for repair and when I called Drivetown out on it they refused to make things right and refused to talk to me about it, including hanging up on me and the citizens advice bureau. All my purchase documentation says I purchased a $100 excess policy. I am now wondering how many other people they have done this to without the purchasers knowledge......?
In addition, there was a remote unit for the stereo in the vehicle when I looked at it but the remote was missing when I picked up the vehicle. Drivetown refused to find out where it went. They tried to say it wasn't important but that was not their decision to make.
I have also discovered that Drivetown is not a member of the MTA. Clearly they are NOT reputable enough to belong. I will NOT be using this dealership again and I suggest you don't either. Actions speak louder then words. Drivetown makes a lot of promises about how they stand by their products when selling you one of their vehicles but they do not honour what they say. Think twice before shopping for a vehicle here.
To Drivetown: The ball is now in your court to make things right and honour your products.
