★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sister purchased a used car from them. It was given a fresh WOF the day before she bought it. I had a look at it and the front lower control arm bushes were torn bad, not to mention the rear brake pads were paper thin as they were squealing when ever you reversed. Im surprised it got a WOF to be honest. Was also told it got a service prior to buying but the brake fluid tested very bad, almost black in colour, so I had to replace the brake pads, flush the old brake fluid and will now need new front lower control arm bushes to get the next WOF. Tried going back to them to see if they can remedy this, they sent me to the place where it got the WOF but they were like we gave it a WOF, so nothing wrong.
My advice to Driven, try going to some other place to do your WOF's and Services, they seem to be taking shortcuts to save a bit of cash at the expense of the new owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to Mylas Allan over the phone, he was very rude and abrupt. Relys on his computer for car knowledge also lacks people and communication skills. I had intentions of trading in my E55 AMG valued at 31k for a Land Cruiser they had listed for 21k but will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have no idea how this man still holds a position with the company after reading through Google reviews with nearly all 1 star reviews pointing in his direction.
Would NOT recommend this dealership unless you are able to get in touch with the other Salesman, Carin Arundel.
Judging by the company's replys to other reviews, this man must have a bad day every day ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day before I visited the car yard, I phoned in asking questions and Myles, one of the salesman, was so absolutely rude and inconsiderate to me, an out of town customer. The next day I went to the car yard and was met by Carin, who I highly recommend The reason I am giving a 5 star is because of Carin and Carin only. Myles attitude towards potential customers was offensive and I do not recommend dealing with him at all. If it was Myles alone, I would review as a 1 star.
Carin was very friendly over the phone and in person. Total polar opposite to what I experienced with Myles.
