★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was rubbish they stood around talking to each other the whole time we there not at all helpful using covid as an ex use as lack of staff. There were in fact enough staff but none interested in engagement with the customer and their phone message says thanks omicron for our lack of staff(poor attitude.) Well they missed out on a sale from me my advice buyer beware their cars have been sitting around for so long they are dirty and some don't run. Shop elsewhere!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Van from Tauranga before Christmas 22/12/21 all went good re finance etc then it had to be transported to Christchurch for pick up. Every time I have had to phone to see where its is in transit etc. Phone again to get my deposit back which they held onto until 10/1/22 so I went without right through Xmas without it after being today it will be returned the same day agreement was signed. Not good service and I would think twice about supporting this company again and to date we still don't have the van as phoned again today seems it has arrived in Christchuch but no phone call I had to phone again to see where it was !!!! As a business owner if I did this sort of service I would be very disappointed. I know we have had Xmas and New Year in the middle of this but how hard is it to keep the client updated really !!!!!! I guess they will let me know when I can get to pick up the vehicle this week hopefully !!!!!! NOT GREAT SERVICE !!!! Today 12/1/22

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to view a van, test drove the van, applied for finance to buy the van through turners tauranga finance team, was told they'd be in touch the next day to let me know the finance rate, didn't hear anything, made a few phone calls that got nowhere and then recieved a text to say "sorry unfortunately we sold the van this morning to someone else can we interest you in another van"
I'm not one for leaving reviews or complaining but this really annoyed me as I've been searching for a decent van for months and I thought the van was mine pending finance. Customer service 0/10 guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant/easy purchase of a Honda Jazz. Painless. I spoke on phone and communicated via email I was interested in the car and out of curiosity got them to price my trade in based on my current trade me advertisement. Trade in value came back reasonable (with provision to see it ).
When I got to see the car I was about to purchase it was cleaner and tidier than the pictures on their website. I was pleasantly surprised. They stood by their word on my trade-in, had a look, and the deal proceeded.
They were easy to deal with and after half an hour set out for the hour and a half drive in my Honda Jazz, and was a pleasant drive home with no nasty surprises.
Every member of their team I dealt with was good and professional. Thankyou Grant for handling my enquiries.
Hope the car I traded in does someone well (was a very good car to me and reluctant good bye but happy with my purchase)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointing service. ? We wanted to trade our vehicle for one on the floor. Told they couldn't help us straight away as their finance debt was only open Mon to Fri. We had an agreement that if we did the paperwork they wouldn't sell the car because their finance debt wasn't open. Guess what... they sold the car! After making a promise that they wouldn't. Told today that they sold the car because we didn't put down a deposit... something that was never asked of us to do. Very very disappointing!
