β β β β β Sue and Andrea are super knowledgeable and so passionate about helping each and every client with their unique needs. The pilates studio in Titirangi is beautiful and clean and the reformer equipment is always in great condition. I always feel well looked after and cared for here.

β β β β β I attended online restorative pilates and Gyrokenesis classes with Sue and Andrea during lockdown. I found their teaching style easy to follow and the classes enjoyable. I feel I really benefited from the extra movement the classes brought to my days. The Gyrokenisis classes with Sue are highly recommended, I loved this unique flowing style of movement.

β β β β β For a number of years I have considered taking pilates classes but just never got around to it until a friend introduced me to Sue at Turning Tide Pilates. I wish I had have started years ago. With Sue's patient and calming instruction I have been able to rid myself of 18 years of back pain! My posture and overall strength has improved too. Amazing results and 100% worth it. Thanks Sue!!

β β β β β Sue has been mine and my husbands Pilates instructor for 2 years. Sue has basically helped me strengthen my spine and surrounding muscles from the tailbone up in a way that has made it safe and injury free for me (I had a back injury when I was in my teens). I have never stuck at one type of exercise for so long and so consistently. Sue is caring and honours the integrity of quality Pilates instruction. I am so much stronger and more flexible. Thank you Sue for bringing your studio to West Auckland.

β β β β β Turning Tide Pilates occupies a lovely light filled space, this along with Sue's teaching expertise in the complete range of Pilates studio apparatus makes for a great movement experience. I've been attending Sue's studio classes weekly for 2 years now for my own Pilates practise and thoroughly recommend it!

β β β β β I am 48 and reasonably fit and strong but after being hospitalised for a chronic back spasm I was desperate and my partner recommended Turning Tides Pilates. Honestly I was sceptical but with Sue's care and expertise I am now pain free. Classes are small so you get almost one to one attention. Initially Sue tailored a programme to suit my limitations and then step by step extended my classes and I am now experiencing significantly improved strength and flexibility. I recommend Pilates and in particular Sue and Andrea at Turning Tides to anyone who wants a personalised programme to suit their specific needs and goals.

β β β β β I cannot recommend Turning Tide Pilates highly enough led by the phenomenal instructors - Sue and Andrea. It's taken me decades to finally find an exercise activity that places my personal journey of physical well-being at the core of every class. Sue and Andrea have created a Pilates studio where you feel at home instantly, there is no judgement, just a warm welcome and their dedication to helping you. The aches and pains that have dogged me for years have gone, my core strength is improving as well as my flexibility. I wish I had discovered Turning Tide years ago!
