★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best studio in town for yoga and pilates and all things physio related. The place is incredibly well done, warm and welcoming, and the staff and instructors are extremely professional and friendly. A very slick operation. Highly recommend trying this place out.

Such a beautiful studio, welcoming and knowledgeable instructors and classes that are the right amount of toning, strengthening and that Pilates burn. So good! It has fast become a regular booking in my calendar. I cannot recommend enough.

The studio is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed you immediately feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The teachers, music and gorgeous scents running through the space are heavenly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregnant, post partum, injured at birth or just normally recovering it doesn’t matter. These women are specialists who know how to teach mamas to repair their bodies and take back basic human rights like continence, core strength and confidence in their body. It’s the big care but also the little things. Change tables and baby bouncers and kind patient smiles. Like escaping to a spa but coming away with true recovery. Thanks so much.
