Prompt, professional and friendly!
Same day service, texted him in the morning and asked if could come by and check TV aerial / reception and got a reply within the hour saying “…yes, I can help” fitted me between jobs. Problem fixed within less than 30mins of arrival. This guy really knows his stuff and has the gear!
