โ โ โ โ โ Awesome bunch of people they give excellent support, encouragement and a great variety of work outs that are structured well and also able to adapt easily to accomodate age ? , physical ability and injuries from previous sports etc. highly recommended and this is coming from a former couch potatoe with historical injuries. Great banter too!

They push me to new limits and help you stay on track. The workouts are awesome and change each session for variety. I used to procrastinate, but now I look forward to the gym everyday. โ โ โ โ โ Connor, Kyle and Mia really make you feel welcome and always talk you through the station. It's a solid way of burning fat and building strength. I struggle to find a balance between weight training and cardio and I find for what you pay weekly for this gym to what you get out of it is the perfect mix. Having tried crossfit and F45 i'm settled with these guys. A new gym, but one you wouldn't regret joining! thanks for bringing it to Christchurch Connor and the team!

โ โ โ โ โ I signed up just before UBX Grand Opening. Brand new facility with all the best equipment, boxing bags, speed balls. Iโm 3 weeks into my journey and love coming in to see Conor, Mia & Kyle. Personally think they are the reason why I enjoy exercising again. Highly recommend. Cheers Joshua
