★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female staff member that goes by the name of Neha is so rude. Who does she think she is? She needs to get off the pedestal that she thinks she is on and to remind herself that she works in a customer facing role. The lack of information, courtesy and down right terrible service this woman has is appalling. I will definitely not be returning back to this branch and any other branch that has employees who don't know how to talk to a paying customer. Hopeless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Airport Chemist Warehouse on Tuesday to purchase a few items and wasn't pleased with the quality of service. I had approached a some of the staff members as I had a few queries who seemed to come off quite rude. Also, I found it unprofessional seeing one of the staff members getting told off at the front counter, infront of the customers. Please, fix this to improve the experience at chemist warehouse. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite a regular at the Airport " Chemist Warehouse". Firstly, their operational hours are brilliant, which is 8am til 9pm daily, which is extremely convenient to me. Secondly, they have ample parking space available, for my shopping experience. Thirdly, overall staff are "quite friendly" but is only "quite helpful" upon asking for their assistance. They offer good discounts overall on perfumes, cosmetics, supplements, body lotions, creams & so forth, but can do much better by offering further discounts as sometimes their next door stores can be much cheaper. Early morning last Sunday, Reia served me & was very welcoming, friendly & bubbly as she first acknowledged me.I give Reia a 5 star for her customer services. Overall staff needs to acknowledge customers upon their entry & be more approachable & helpful, rather than chat with other team members at the counter. Even the security guards at the entrance looks lost most of the time & looks bored. Team needs to brush up on basic customer services skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service could be better thats for sure. And what soever happened to that happy security guard?? Now they have a older security guard and today I said thankyou and the security gave me a look of digust and just looked me up and down. If you're the security guard today with somewhat colored greyish eyes at 2:40pm 28/12/21, you got work to do on that attitude. Hopefully the younger indian security guard that I used to see earlier in the year is happy as he always acknowledged me as a customer ?. Also they need to change the sign on the floor that says click and collect if they're just gonna send customers to the other side for click and collect ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff could do with abit of customer service training as they seem to ignore you when you do try to get their attention. Pop in here every now and then. Always leave with more then I expected so can't complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to purchase a couple things, items were perfect. But reason for my one star is because while I walked around with my partner, a man who works there (notsecurity) kept checking on us and making sure he knew where we were at all times, it was so uncomfortable! The first time, we would be in an aisle and he'd come take one look at us and walk off. The second time he did it, I knew right away he was checking if we were stealing because we locked eyes and he bolted off. I spent $100 there in the end and if i wasn't in the mood to go home after a long day I would of bought from somewhere else or made a direct complaint. At least the lady at the counter was nice. That man had no right to judge. He's lucky I didn't see him on my way out ?
