★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was literally the only person waiting there, ordered chicken salt fries. Get all the way back to the car and no shaker sachet in the bag. Not the biggest deal in the world but when you are tired and just want something to eat its really annoying. There were four of them behind the counter, you would think between them, one could have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I would have given Zero, staff is careless and useless. I visited this place few times but always and always experienced disappointment. Drive thru staff is very careless. Always pack wrong order and miss the food.
Restaurant staff is not helpful at all. Baristas are terrible. Always food items are out of stock and short staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there were only three cars in front of me, I spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. When I finally got to the collection window, sitting there for almost ten minutes, I was totally ignored by two young women inside. When my order was finally ready, the window slid open, a bag was thrust at me and almost before I could grab it the window was shutting and a heartless, barely audible, "sorry for the wait" mumbled from her lips. Without question, the worst service I've experienced at a McDonald's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Screws up the order for the customer infront of us. Waiting in the line with my brother for 15minutes in the line before my flight so I could feed my brother. They refused to serve us and there were about 4 others waiting behind us. Worst horrible service ever. 1 rating is too generous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shameful experience. French fries, cold limp & tasteless. "Hot drink" was cold, and even had to ask server if the drink over in the McCafe was part of the order". Clueless server was seriously unfriendly, a real "roll your eyes" attitude. Probably more suited to cleaning the toilets and emptying the bins rather than being the "face of McDonalds". Terrible terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible coffee. Tasted like hot milk. Ordered 5 various coffees at once - almond milk mocha, flat white, vanilla flavour with xtra shot.. they all tasted like hot milk. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent waiting times, good quality food and the inside is generally tidy, has free refills and the toilets arent bad either. Good customer service at the counter but the drive thru operator could do with more enthusiasm. Great job!
