I am a breeder, and have had to change my recent litter's food because, once again, Ultra Pet Food has not delivered my order. I ordered via telephone two weeks ago, stating that it was urgent. My previous order online was delivered a week and a half late, and the one prior to that was never delivered. I have left messages on their voicemail, emailed and still, two weeks later, have had no response. Atrocious service for a product that I wouldn't recommend to anyone with dogs living indoors as the fishy smell is very unpleasant and the odour clings to the animals. I will be taking Ultra Pet Food to small claims court for my refund which they are refusing to contact me about.
