β β β β β Called in 5 days earlier to purchase the lowering springs, The guy on the phone confirmed the price as well as the stock availability and confirmed that i would be coming in today. Drove 40 Min to get to the shop and i hear that the stock is out and it will take 6 weeks to get the same one supplied again.
The man in the counter was very helpful, however i just cannot think anything good about it. If the last stock was sold, the first word i should've heard is "Sorry".
It might have been other man who spoke with me on the phone, however if you think about customer driving all the way to your shop confirming the price and stock availability WAY BEFORE the visiting day, you guys could've apologize.
On trade-me you still have the Wheels and Lowering Springs combo, the lowering spring that comes with that combo is that $300 JAMEX lowering springs as explained by your colleague, if you guys have truly run of out stock and it will take 6 weeks for them to be supplied, that listing is simply false advertising.
Since who ever purchases that combo will not be getting it since its 6 freaking weeks ways away from being supplied and it says that i can be shipped within days <------ It doesn't even exist in any branches.
I did go head with Cobra springs, but i really did not wanted to spend any more since i ordered tenin coil overs and theses springs were just temporary, but you guys charging full price just did not make sense at all after causing all the troubles.
I am not really happy at all.
First visit and it will be my last visit.
A business that cannot keep the appointment and promise tracked cant be trusted.

Stating the fact that your saying that you did not had any appointment sounds like as if i have lied? My mechanic next to me clearly heard me that i was making an appointment and confirm that i was coming on Tuesday.
I understand your point however if you are in denial, i got nothing to say but will keep having bad impression.
