★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are really rude and unprofessional. They shamed one of my girl friends for going in to pick up the morning after pill and did so in the public space.
I've been in a couple of times before that and they don't seem to understand anything about customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pharmacies go, this is a pleasant relaxed pharmacy in the heart of Ellerslie - meaning there is a cafe always just metres away. The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful and the pharmacist is professional and reliable. I always get my prescriptions here. They also have a nice selection of gifts and the normal supply of health related products. Parking is usually not a problem with car parks surrounding Ellerslie.

Really knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. If they can't help you themselves they will offer advice on who can.
I highly, highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a genuine concern about a small swollen lump that has developed on my eyelid over the last few months. I was after an eye solution to flush out my eyes and asked for some recommendations. The person who served me let me know she didn’t think I had a problem and asked “are you bored?” Exceptionally condescending and rude service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to ellerslie and had a disappointing first time experience. Got a call from them and a voice message saying they had my prescription for a certain medication. I called them back and they denied that they had my prescription, even though i had a recorded voice message. Again had to call my clinic and get them to resend the prescription. For the second time, I called unichem they denied receiving this new prescription! I had to call my clinic again and confirm it was sent, then again contact unichem to check their email properly. Finally they found it. It took so much back and forth, it was unbelievable. I am really really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this pharmacy for years and the staff are wonderful. Its convenient as my Dr will fax my script through. We have a couple of medications that have to be filled within a particular week and they make sure they're done even if I forget and have gone so far as to call and remind me it's due.
They honestly make my life easier.
