★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough the pharmacy is well stocked & good, The customer service is horrible. The pharmacist guy does not seem to take things seriously. I saw with my own eyes how they were smelling the medicine & double checking the doses after they had finished mixing it. They seemed annoyed when they saw me looking. Unfortunately I had to go there coz the medicine was only available there & as it was for my baby. I was even worried about giving the medicine to him after seeing other reviews about how they have been given wrong doses & alternative medications without consulting the customer first.
The first time we visited them they were rude about us wanting to change an elbow guard because we got the size wrong. They claimed we asked for that size & was very rude & not helpful.
White cross is a good clinic & feel this pharmacy is ruining things for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For at least non-pharmacy needs, this chemist allowed me to get in and out within 5 minutes thanks to the 100% attentive help from the staff there (granted, it is a really slow day inside). I was needing an ankle support and found 2 options, both pretty much the same price, although the price is super high compared to what I'd expect at even a sports store. But regardless, I got something I've needed and was able to park right out front.

It’s difficult to maintain such a nice vibe during pandemic. Great experience and thanks to the health professionals.
