We were not advised on the day we handed our prescription in that follow up repeats would need to be requested at the same pharmacy (we live 3 hours away), we needed the initial meds asap for dad to start chemo. Once we realised we contacted them we asked for the repeat meds to be sent, not sure why WE had to pay the courier fee? Requested the repeats Thursday morning, tuesday we had to follow up as they still had not arrived. My father relies on this medication to control his pain due to his recent diagnosis of cancer. Seems we are just a number in the system and dads medication isnt important. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy pharmacy in the main hospital. Very busy and there can be a wait. Nonetheless most medications are carried here. It does have a good range of general products that you would expect in a pharmacy. Staff seem to be quite helpful although I felt a little bit of a feeling of a lack of enthusiasm.
