★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy displays opening hours from 8:30 a.m. monday but doesn't open. Elderly people and others waited till 8:45 and left as its still not open. There should be some responsibility as an essential business to maintain timings and advice public if there are any changes. I should have gone somewhere else.

In the mean time I emailed them but no replies at all. if there was going to be delay it's not hard to just email the customer to let them know? plenty of other pharmacies to choose from, good bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! I placed an order for x4 telfast for kids as they are very hard to get at the moment and my order was immediately cancelled as you didn’t have them in stock. The payment of $101 went through and I have NOT received my refund of $100. It’s been 6 weeks and I have emailed you 4 times with NO reply and my partner has called you 5 times chasing up our refund! We still haven’t been refunded our money and kept getting told by staff that it’s going to get processed or there’s no manger in today. I would think that refunding a customer for payment for stock that you don’t have available would be a priority and completed immediately. I’m totally shocked by the lack of basic customer service and care. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this is just ridiculous!!!
