โ โ โ โ โ I was experiencing bad crampings with my first pregnancy, I had called the hospital they just told me to go to my doctor so he can do a check up and possibly get a referral for a scan since I wasnt bleeding at all. So I came to glendene east tamaki healthcare. I told the doctor my situation and told him the hospital told me to get a scan referral from him, he just told me I will end up crying and disappointed? (No idea why he felt the need to tell me that) I told him I have no idea if the baby is even alright and would just like to know and want a referral for a scan and then he started telling me about his wife and how she had cramping pains for one of her pregnancy and no pain for the next? Not ince did he do any check ups on me and he was very hesitant to give me a referral. This is my FIRST pregnancy I have not yet had a scan at all so I was worried that something had gone wrong. Never coming here again. Please no one else waste there time, go somewhere where you a treated more better.

โ โ โ โ โ Transfered from New Lynn Doctors because this was just up the road. Bad move, the waiting times with no one or very few people around is the worst ever. I've been 3 times when it opens at 8am... all 3 times doctor arrives 20min to 30min late....right now as I write this it is 8:27 and still no doctor!!...correction he just arrived. Now the real waiting begins. :(....will transfer back for sure.

Worst clinic i have ever been too.
I was 3rd in line at 9am didn't get seen till 12pm .
Receptionist kept assuring me i was next and it never happened. People with no emergency were coming in and getting seen within 5 minutes i complained and they suggested i go home and stop being rude
( which i was not)
I called my sister and told her what was happening
She arrived and within 1 minute the doctors and receptionist were apologising to me offering coffee . Wheres as before they wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Alot of other frustrated patients aswell. I will never come back

โ โ โ โ โ Really dumb system just to get my normal repeat prescription made me wait to see a doctor and pay even though I had seen him recently afert waiting and hour on the phone to try get it done remotely.
You guys need to better your system minimise contact with pepole in medical centres!!!its not rocket science guys.
Resptionist need some training in customer service very unfriendly old Indian woman

โ โ โ โ โ Booked online for Covid19 vaccine booster shot and when I showed up for my appointment I was told "we don't have nurse". They said they can only inform when people show up for their appointment. What a joke!

โ โ โ โ โ By far the worst Drs lve ever been to. Doctors are on holiday while people are needing medical assistance. No booked appointments no nothing

Just letting everyone know, we arrived at Glendene doctors this morning and due to a shortage of doctors glendene will remain closed. They've suggested whitecross Lincoln road or Avondale, if it is an emergency please go to Waitakere hospital.

โ โ โ โ โ In all honesty the wait times are sht!!
There's only 1 doctor, 1 nurse and 1 receptionist.
This is why they accept walk ins mainly.
On a good note, you will be seen same day. You'll just have to wait a long while.
All round, nice staff but ridiculous wait times.
