★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a good choice of toiletries and a high concentration of health supplements of all sorts. But, the way the products are presented with the yellow or pink price tags screaming for attention make it look disorderly for the shoppers. If customers already know that you offer reasonable prices as a renowned store, there is no need to use those big price tags. Store's image will look more harmonious without them. Would appreciate some testers around for consumers to test the creams or fragrances at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super friendly here whenever I come! Thank you for your services in lockdown, I also like that you sell a good variety of beauty product’s. Although I would really like to know when the Victoria secret perfume will restock because I need 1 in time for Christmas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up my wife’s prescription after I received a message from Chemist Warehouse Henderson. When I arrived there two medications were ready and the pharmacist returned the prescription with Panadol circles as out of stock. The attendant told me to take the prescription back and collect it from another branch. I asked him if they can keep the prescription with them and notify us through the text notification when it’s ready and that’s when a Female pharmacist came and become very rude with me. She told me to get the prescription and get it from else where. I told her we are not in a hurry so in a few days time when you get your stock back we will pick it up. She told me that they can’t send message when the prescription is ready, but when I asked her that’s the normal procedure of Chemist Warehouse that they notify prescription holders that their medication is ready for pick-up. I have been with Chemist Warehouse since you guys started operating in New Zealand but it’s not the same company anymore. Customers are not always treated right and it’s not just us but many people I know have told me that it’s better to use other LOCAL Pharmacies like Unichem as their prescription is also free. Chemist Warehouse Henderson is in shambles and anyone going to pick up their medication, be sure that the Pharmacist’s are in the mood to serve you. I am definitely taking this matter to the consumer council and the commerce commission. My advice to you change your pharmacy unless you are someone who doesn’t have any self respect!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a prescription into the Henderson branch today they told me they didn't have it in stock I ask where I could get it they said he didn't know so I tried several chemist I was told that it was out of stock in New Zealand I would have thought the Chemist Warehouse would have known that didn't seem to want to help don't even deserve 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came for fragrance and ask for help. very rude desi w*man was very upset when ask for. she yelled that she cannot help. w*man tell me to go counter instead. the counter bro was very nice and helpful, but clearly frustrated at other staff members laziness so after asking for help and being declined, he gives up his role of serving counter to assist. finally he say they havent had in stock for months and the website was wrong. overall terrible experience (except for nice man) and lacking in product. support local pharm instead or go to other chemist wahrehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned in request for repeat prescription at 09.10, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick up at 10.20, had to wait for 5 minutes for somebody to come to Prescription Pick Up window, and they only came after I alerted another salesperson that 3 people were waiting. Turns out, not even ready, so they then filled the requirement. Gave me the items and were surly at best. Shocking service.
