★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was incredibly disappointed when I went into this pharmacy as I was greeted grumpily by an elderly staff member when I asked for white nailpolish. She went to find it for me (Due to the pandemic I had to wait at the door), and brought back a nude colour instead saying this was all they had. I could see a white one so I politely stated this and she claimed it was expensive but she went to get it anyway. On her way there i made an apology for her having to go back and forth for me, and she then rudely said 'Yes, it's late in the day and this really isn't what I wanted to be doing with my time right now.'
I was disappointed with this attitude and her rude response, and she continued to make condescending comments until I left the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my regular pharmacy for a few years and they are AMAZING. They'd always check up on me and make conversation. Staff were so respectful and professional. They always went out of their way to make sure my medication was correct. The store also has a great range of gifts and cosmetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience going to this chemist, I normally get terrible social anxiety going into any retail establishment but the way the employees here greet you and make you feel welcome is exceptional! Jeannie went above and beyond for me and was so lovely and kind, it's the little things that can make a persons day, thank you for your help today Jeannie I will always appreciate people so kind like you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had an awful experience with a very old female staff member 'June'. She yelled out repeatedly 'excuse me you don't have a mask on!!'. I told her I am medically exempt to which she said 'oh whatever then'. I was absolutely appalled by her rudeness and insensitivity when it is widely accepted now that masks aren't able to be worn by everyone. I asked to be helped by someone else but this old lady said that wasn't an option. It was a dreadful experience and frankly this staff member needs to retire. She's got no customer service skills let alone education on masks ? **I have since complained to another staff member 'Robyn' who was equally discriminatory. This business is so brainwashed - they could do with educating themselves on the science of natural immunity. They think I can give them covid when I'm immune. What a joke!
