A very convenient pharmacy open for most of the days for long hours as compared to others around.
Well located and can be easily spotted from a moving vehicle after entering inside the market. Easily approachable.
Well managed, organised and nicely maintained. Spacious walking area to browse around.
Good atmosphere and cozy ambiance.
Friendly service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. We have been able to find things we needed all the times at this pharmacy.
Very handy at times.
Card as well as cash payments are accepted. Paywave facility isn't available at this location.
No seating is available for the customers.
Spacious parking area. Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.
Liked the experience.

β β β β β The worst chemist I have ever been to. Will never return after today shouldve learnt my lesson from previous experiences b4 and after covid19 with you guys, but this time will 100% not be returning ill rather go back to my original chemist in kingsland. The people running this chemist is useless. I know alot of chemist who get high demand and they have a great system, good tidy organization. So many employees in your chemist and yous all look all over the place its frustrating to watch. It was nice to know that I had a chemist very close to home but if this is the service never mind ill go back to my original. Bye

β β β β β Only use this chemist if you want to be ripped off! Worst customer service from the pharmacist when I was looking for a refund or a credit for my overly priced face masks. Very defensive. Funnily enough on the day of the level 3 lock down on 18th Aug, there were no price tags on the display stand which had the masks!! Conning the customers much!!

β β β β β Rude dispensary workers behind the counter, rudely laughing out loud at my mistake of what prescription I was picking up, then puts on a fake front when describing the dose of the medication. If I could put no stars then that would of been perfect. Unprofessional service!!

β β β β β Not a bad little pharmacy tucked away in a corner of the Stoddard Road shopping center. Situated on Stoddard Rd on the May Road end of Stoddard. If you are face on to the Snap Fit Gym, to the right you have The Local Doctors, and next to that is Unichem.
Very nice staff, polite and welcoming. Customers need to seriously read the signage before walking in but they don't. So instead of a maximum of 5 customers, there would have been a good party of ten or twelve. Felt a bit stupid standing outside by myself. But hey, each to their own. "You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink"lol! Overall nice little shop with a few fish bowl specials pitted around the place. Everything you need in a pharmacy. Take a look, with the amount of specials they have ticketed you may find something that takes your fancy. You never know! As per usual Peeps, you all take care out there and stay ultra safe till next time??

β β β β β Was given the run around being told one of my meds was not in stock and to get it elsewhere. Went all the way to St Lukes (it was late night) only to be told the prescription was still lodged with Mt Roskill unichem. Went back to Mt Roskill unichem the next day and was given my prescription! I was frustrated. Recently they didn't have my inhaler in stock and was told of a nation wide shortage. Funny that I managed to get the same type inhaler from Life St Lukes on the same week!

β β β β β The phone service with this pharmacy is very worse.
I done my doctor consultation and as per my doctor prescribed medical certificate as a Covid +ve patient doctor refer for home delivery on my Tabletes. But to confirming on my payment on some medicine I try to call them and itβs not a good in response.
Is this the Health board of New Zealand providing service to the Covid Patients those who are in home isolation.???
