β β β β β i should've gave them zero if there's an option. I've been buying from them in the past 4 months variety of items. today when I use my weighing scale which I bought from them sometime in Nov. It's giving me inaccurate reading, tried-on and off but still didn't work (i remember they told me to return it to them if ever it's faulty on the day I bought). I went to the pharmacy and claim for a warranty but I was told that I need to contact their supplier directly and arrange with. even though I lost the receipt, they can see in the box that the item came from them and I do have my account with them that they can certainly verify. I'm very disappointed that they're not responsible for the products they're are selling to consumers. Was Even told that even when you encounter a problem with vitamins or medicine they can't do anything and you need to contact their supplier. They have no sense of accountability! they just want to sell!

β β β β β First time getting a script filled here because of proximity to Smile Dental.
All i had to get was 1 antibiotic for my root canal...shouldve been straight forward.
Never had i experienced such abrupt and unnecessary rudeness from a pharmacy before. Im sorry im not the right colour or look to be frequenting your pharmacy - perhaps if you had better customer service - you would have more product stocked on your shelves so that customers could come in and buy - instead of dedicating an entire section to discounted brands of pharmaceuticals. Yes - I could have gone to one of the other pharamacies in the area - but everyone deserves a share of the growing Takanini population.

β β β β β I see them all the time as I have to pickup my repeats every month. All of them are very nice and helpful. There is no waiting time. Very polite and warm. A big shout out to Jyotsna as I see her mostly and she makes my day with amazing service. Manager is very lovely too. You guys are amazing

β β β β β Unichem Takanini Village Pharmacy has been our go-to pharmacy for all of our prescriptions ever since we moved to Takanini. The ladies working there are lovely and are always providing great customer service. The free prescriptions is a bonus. Best to call ahead to avoid the wait :) Highly recommended.

β β β β β I just rang to confirm if they got my prescription ? the guy told me i will check and put me on hold for 15 minutes. i can hear him at d back and i am saying hello but no reply. finally i cut the call. now i am r8nging again and cuts back bcoz i think the phone is still off and he is not even checking.
so sad

β β β β β Sometimes there's up to a 15min wait - it was bedlam during the 1st major lockdown (over half an hour). But the front staff person always apologized for any delays. Prescriptions are free and that's a drawcard. My previous pharmacy I used for years in Papakura charged me upward of $15 on some visits. Parking nearby always available. Happy to recommend ??
