★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl ar reception knows nothing. Booked an online appointment, got msg that I am in queue then got call from store and I told them that I'll be there in 3 mins. When I reached there the girl at reception told me that there is no appointment in my name. I showed her msgs and call but to no avail. She didn't even bother to ask other team members but asked me to wait. I kept waiting for half hour and told that i want to get haircut from specific hair stylist who was free when i reached but when my turn came another hair stylist was assigned to me. When I told that I want hair cut from other one she bluntly told me to wait another hour. What kind of service is that. What's the purpose of your app. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratima who was my stylist was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and was able to tell me how I could improve my style. Pratima was very professional and the conversation flowed. Loved my haircut. I would definitely be telling all my friends and recommening them to visit the salon. 10 out of 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my daughter and I recently had haircuts here. Resh cut my extremely thick hair with so much care and attention. She did not stop until she was satisfied! As a result, I was too! Thanks ladies, we will be back and if you are lucky enough to meet Resh you know your day will be good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always go to Just Cuts but just for a cut. The majority of your staff have done a good job (had a few not so good) but a couple of weeks ago I got a lady called Shailine (might be Sharline) and she was amazing. I have hair that does its own thing but she "tamed"it and I feel really good when I go out now. Thanks Shailine - hope you're still there on my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in first time in my life last year and another time with my partner in January 2022. Everytime lady did not smile. Hair cuts are regular so I know more friendlier places with warmer atmosphere. A hairdressers the way she spoke to us was very unfriendly. I just want to give 2 stars because the hair cut was normal and doesn't make me feel regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the salon earlier today and had a mixed experience. The stylist attending to my daughter was not the friendliest also said that I need to straighten my daughters hair before coming for a cut or she can't guarantee a straight cut as her hair is quite puffy. My stylist on the other had introduced herself, apologised for keeping me waiting and recommended products which I was happy to purchase. Compared to other salons, price was fair for a wash $10 and $35 for my length of cut. No styling required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Just Cuts in Botany for some years. i keep going there because of the high quality of hair-cutting I receive. The stylists are friendly and professional, AND most of all, listen to what you would like done with your hair. The only drawback is that you can't always get the one who made such a fabulous job of your hair last time. In so saying, I have always been happy with my haircuts, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
I would also like to add that the prices are terrific. The ability of these ladies is as good, or if not better than any salon that charges an arm and a leg for the same thing. It is a pleasure for me to be able to write this. Thank you.
