★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried hard to do business with these people but they seem uninterested. Called twice - no answer. Left 2 voice mail messages no call back. Sent 2 emails. No reply. Doesn't give me confidence that there would be any after sales support if I needed it so going to place order for Herman Miller Office Chairs with another supplier who could be bothered to get back to me.
UPDATE: In answer to owner response. Added copy of last email sent with email address used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service and communication. No one ever answers the phone nor call you back after leaving voicemail. No phone call communicating whether shipment has been delayed or not. After order has been places and invoices has been paid, they just vanished and no one contact you to provide you an update on whether you could come over and pick up the item or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered a Aeron Remastered from Unison and talking to Christy was wonderful. She was very helpful and answered every question I had. They had one in stock and it got delivered in just over a week. Great service, great company. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with Unison again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was setting up my home office and got to try a number of chairs (with the assistance of an expert) in their lovely showroom - turns out there is lot more to getting the right chair than I new! So happy with the comfort and productivity improvements I gained from the chair that I came back with the kids and sorted them out too. They are all set for secondary school now.

The entire experience since the time I placed the order till the item was assembled at my place has been smooth. Staff are prompt at replying and keeping me informed about my order status. The quality of the products are high and if you have been shopping around for work spaces for a while you can tell the difference. Would highly recommend these guys!
