★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and some other postgrads come here each week. The selection of drinks changes each week it seems. The range itself has a good variety of dark and light beers as well as ciders and wines. The indoor area can feel quite cramped but generally there's space upstairs. The outdoor area has great sun in summer with sunshades. All round a good spot to come, though hot chips on 9ffer would be a plus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff club for the University of Canterbury. Having been there it was pleasing to see that they have this iconic building refurbished and looking good. It was also pleasing to see it survived the earthquakes.
Surrounded by green lawn and nice trees the grounds look great and are a credit to the people that look after the area. Car parking is usually fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a Christmas BBQ party there. It was my first time in UCC. Its a beautiful place in the University of Canterbury. A old UC building which is converted into a club now, know as University of Canterbury Club (UCC). There is plenty of space on the backside for partying, specially BBQ. If u are looking for place for a get-together or chilling time in UC then this is the best place. The interior of the building is so beautiful and attractive. staff is so kind and helpful. Generally they are the students of UC only. If you are UC student, then you should go there. You would feel good as I felt.
