β β β β β I ordered hardbinding and paid 136$ extra to have it ready in 24 hours as I needed to submit my thesis as soon as possible.
I did not receive the copies until afternoon next day. Had to take a whole day off. It cost me not only that much extra but also more than half a day pay.
I would definitely avoid doing business with them. You end up paying way more for a poorer service.
