★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy.but very noisy and had minimal sleep. Definitely wouldn't stay again. No car parking . Definitely felt safe with security but people talking and slamming if doors most the stay was upsetting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and nice staff were lovely, but hallways had a funny damp smell and rooms on Wakefield Street side very noisy alot of street sweepers and trucks passing all night very load no much sleep at all! Also off street parking is not in the same building its a block away in a horrible Wilson parking which is soo confusing to exit took me 20mins to get out after parking my vehicle $26 per night a little steep also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insanely hot in summer. Melting temperatures in the room. No thermal curtains to block out the heat and no airconditioning. Each room has a fan and a cooler so management us aware of how hot it gets. Please dont stay here in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was very smelly and needed a good clean smell seemed to get worse when we turned on the fan. Single chair has stains, coffee table legs has something dribbling down the legs, cupboards need wiping. Very hot and noisey all night. Off sight parking was worrisome. One the plus side the sheets were clean and the bathroom seemed clean but considering the rest of the appointment probably wasn’t. I would not recommend staying here. Ronald McDonald house organised this stay because of COVID restrictions to there houses. I will never be staying here again

The guests I bought along with me were very disappointed. When we opened the door into the room, it looked nothing like it was in the pictures. It was vacuumed, beds were made, etc. but it was just nothing like what the photos made us think it would be.
The building in the first image is across from Tetra, it is not even the Tetra building like I thought it was.
It is good if you are there for just sleeping, but will not be staying here again, unfortunately because of the deceiving photos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting!! Worst hotel ive ever stayed in customer service was rude and room was so dirty, cockroaches and stains everywhere and the smell was like someone died.
Would not recommend this place to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed staying here. So close to town but far enough away too. We had small kids but felt welcome by all staff and tenants. They would often hold the lift etc. Parking isn't at the property so unloading bags etc was a bit of a pain, but once we sorted that it was OK. When we wanted to ask anything or needed anything the staff immediately filled out the request. Would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit was HORRIBLE. it reeked of fish and urine it was unbareable.the hotel seemed to be very unhygienic as there was smudges on our walls and unvancumed floors. Our toilet wouldn't flush and the customer service was so bad. This hotel clearly needed a health inspection as there were cockroaches crawling along the floors. I was booked for three days but the air quality was so poor that I stayed for one night then left to another hotel. Wouldn't recommend and I'll never be here again
