★ ★ ★ ★ ★ music is way to loud to shop and I find it very disrespectful that I can hear the employees talking badly about their customers whilst standing across the store from them even when the music is so loud, other than that shop is very clean and has a good variety of products, just sucks there is terrible service

I have brought many good value items from this store.
Some items could be cheaper and some cost more than the $2 store.
The staff is helpful and got a refund for a low quality can opener.
It does not open the can properly after the second can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop was looking different in the first look but what happened to us showed the lack of right customer service and poor management.
We bought 4 designed face mask from there and when we got to the car, we opened one of them to try the size . It was so big and with all adjustment it wasn't fitting the face. What is important in the mask is to protect you. We decided to go back to the shop and refund them. The check out asked us to wait for owner. When he came he said we can't refund them as we should be careful while buying and we have bought the x-large. I asked him if he can show me where is the size clarification on the pack, he said I should have been guessing from the shape of the mask from the pack!!! Anyway, I said to him according to the consumer guarantee act and the print on the receipt, I can refund because this isn't right! On response, he says to me I am the owner! and I know the act better than you! Don't be rude!!! I never know standing for my consumer rights is rudeness. While we finally got the refund, he was so unprofessional and disrespectful and arrogant
