When it did finally arrive, one product differed from what was advertised and the other two were damaged. When questioned a meaningless number was issued, then came the expectation that I would be paying for their error. Initially the reason given was due to the manufacturer supplying the wrong product image [which is BS as every other store globally seemed to get it right], then it was due to a “change of mind” [not mine, I knew exactly what I was ordering], and most recently were hiding behind some misguided text that attempts to circumvent consumer law by excusing “errors and omissions”, in their terms and conditions, which are very contradictory, appear to be cobbled together from other sites/sources and do not feature anywhere throughout the online sales process. While this experience has been protracted and very disappointing personally, mistakes do happen but it’s how they are dealt with that matters, at the very least acknowledgement of the error. Of the multiple interactions I had throughout this process I never really knew who I was dealing with and can’t be sure if they’re actually dishonest and deceitful, or really are just that stupid. Obviously reputation doesn’t mean much to the owners of this business. If I treated my customers this way I would have none.

Couldn't recommend them higher. Will continue to buy though Urban Edge.
