β β β β β Honestly I feel sorry for giving one star when the receptionists and nurses are very welcoming and kind. I encountered Dr Junaid Qureshi twice and both were extremely unpleasant. Very disrespectful, rude and has no empathy for his patients. If I ever do have to see him again as a doctor I would definitely ask for another doctor. Donβt even feel like giving him one star.

How does anyone expect you to wait that length of time .Love it how they call it Urgent care

β β β β β Waiting times are sometimes ridiculous. Went in a few times for different reasons but I was in so much pain on one occasion I still had to wait for over half an hour once seen it only took about a minute and was told its nothing just to take paracetamol (indian doctor). I had to endure the pain for a further 2 weeks before seeing another Dr (asian) who helped me out.

β β β β β About 2 weeks ago I came in and ended up waiting 2 hours before I spoke to someone. I had to come in again for a similar issue, so after calling, I asked if I could just come in later instead of waiting so long, which they said wasn't an option.
I had to get treatment, so after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes, I get a call from them saying I could go home and wait there if I would prefer. Massive waste of time, for what I know will only be a 5 minute conversation like last time. The doctor was fine but for an urgent care facility, management is horrible.

β β β β β Doctor practicing there - excellent....however nothing URGENT nor CARING about the wait....crying sick babies & distressed sick people waiting 2+ hours in the car park. (Critically there is NO access to bathroom facilities if you are COVID +ve). Whomever owns this business should be embarrased by the poor service they are charging their clients(taxpayers) and the Government for.

β β β β β This is urgent care for my very unwell toddler..told by reception yesterday there was 1 doctor on so would be a 4 hour wait to see the doctor. There were 3 nurses on and I was 9th in the queue so to wait for a nurse to call and go from there. 2 hours later I get a phone call to ask a few questions and then to continue to wait in my car until I get another call to come inside, I am now 6th in the queue. An hour later with an almost inconsolable child I could not wait any longer so called to let them know I was leaving. An hour later the nurse calls me back and suggests to return later or in the morning Arriving around half an hour after opening today, there was already at least a 4 hour wait time and 30 people in the queue. Absolutely not good enough

β β β β β I visited this wonderful facility last Fiday after a bike accident. The service was prompt ,efficient and accurate. I was transferred to hospital after a complete examination including X ray and CT scan.

β β β β β We went there three weeks before, my 1 year baby was sick . We wait 3 hours to see doctor. Doctor recommended measles test . For that again waiting time 45 min. Even the test takes only 2 min,, And nurse told they gonna send report on phone but still havenβt received anything yet .
