★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informed me upon initial contact that he was not available for work until a later time, yet he still appeared interested in my offer. I attempted to still get a quote, hoping to work around his schedule. After 2 weeks without any reply, I called up, where I was informed he now had better jobs in the city and was "not at all interested" in our rural property.
This wouldn't have been as much of an issue if he at least had the courtesy to inform us of this decision earlier, instead of either feigning interest during our initial discussion or just not alerting us of his eventual change of mind.
He also should have been more aware of his poor handling of the situation and thereby not come off quite as impolite as he did during our phone conversation. He didn't even offer an apology for his unclear communication which resulted in my time being wasted.
