★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onehunga is by far my favourite store! I am based in Christchurch but pop in here almost everytime i'm in Auckland.The atmosphere and the people are amazing. The manager, Mackenzie is super helpful and knowledgeable which is why I always come to her for recommendations. It's always nice having that one on one personal experience choosing a product that best fits me and shes always extremely patient and polite when talking me through the different set ups.

I do not vape but Thomas made me feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed chatting about the options and what was value for money. An exceptional young man to chat and deal with. He would be a great manager and a perfect customer service instructor. Will trade here again. Well done young man you have restored my faith in the young customer services.

I wasn't just treated like a customer but more like a friend (and today was the first time I've ever met him). Highly recommend this store. Thanks again Thomas for your exceptional customer service.
