★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stationary packs can be very difficult to get at this time of year I feel if more packs were made they probably wouldn't run out you can not pay cash in advance to book your a stationary either so I checked the website daily when I did manage to get a pack it was 1 of only 2 left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service however when I initially asked how much coloured printing was they said 50cents per page then at the end it was $1 per page. The young guy asked if it was 50cents per page and the lady pressed a button on the screen - when queried at the end she said that it was $1 for colour and 20cents for black and white. Hmm. I would have made a different decision!

Since lockdown, I have found them extremely efficient and helpful and their delivery time is so quick. A great shop with helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I needed a last minute birthday gift, not only was there a great selection of possible gift options, the click and collect process was fast and easy. We called ahead to check how quickly click and collect was processed, and they were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They even remembered why I needed the gift (from the phone call) and wrote a little note on the collection form. I will absolutely be buying from here again, thanks OBS team!
