About Velocity Entertainment (Formerly Flip Out Hawke's Bay)
If you are interested in free running then Parkour might just be for you. No age restriction or pre-requisites, however recommended for ages 6+.
Parkour is a training discipline that aims to get from one point to another, in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
Parkour basic building block work focuses on basic calisthenics (gymnastic exercises) like push-ups, pull -ups, sit-ups and squats.
Lessons include landing and rolling moves.
DAY (during term time only): Wednesday
TIME: 6-7pm
Parkour lessons are required to be paid upfront at the beginning of each term. It works out at $15/lesson.
If a person cannot attend a specific lesson a voucher for a 1 hour jump will be given instead of the lesson.

β β β β β Everyone loves it here. Jump around, lazer tag and arcade. Loads of fun packed in to one place. Awesome place to have a party with multiple options available. For best results it does pay to book in advance.

β β β β β This will be the 2nd time we have visited and they do not disappoint. We booked a party room without informing how many guests we had. It was a small room however very lucky we had many cancel so we could JUST fit in the room. Was clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. Awesome place for all ages! Booking the room was easy via email :)

β β β β β What a wonderful experience. I've been wanting to practice wall trampoline properly for some time again. During my experience here I had the opportunity to do some vaulting, backflips, and aerial round offs. Thanks Chris and Georgia, you both made experience worth it to get out and do something after work. I can't wait to come back again.

β β β β β The staff are exceptional, some of the friendliest people in Hawke's Bay. The price for one hour of jumping, one game of laser tag, and 500 credits for the arcade is very reasonable. We always have fun here even when they are busy.
